Offering a unique vintage press photograph showing Royal Canadian Navy ships. Per caption, image on the right is a Corvette boat used in WW2 and the image on the right is a rendering of a new style destroyer - escort boat. Dated 1953. Very interesting piece.
Sold as-found and I do not have any further information regarding the age or history of this photo. Any information regarding the identification / location of ships pictured is to the best of my ability but is not certain - please view images carefully.
This photo measures approximately 3 1/4" by 8 1/2" excluding caption sheet.
Condition: This photo has staple holes on the upper edge, bends / wear to some corners and some additional wear. Caption sheet taped to the back has a torn off lower right corner and some additional wear. Pencil notations on the caption. Overall, still a very nice vintage photograph.
