Offering an original lot of 2 1964 Royal Automobile Club RAC letters on organization letterhead. These letters were sent to Joseph Lowrey, a noted journalist for Motor Sport Magazine and other publications by Public Policy Executive A.J.A. Lee. The first letter asks if Lowrey would be interested in writing an article for Italian publication Automobilismo & Automobilismo Industriale about "Is it economically useful to increase speed of cars or not". Second letter indicates that Lowrey did accept and that Lee would be putting him in contact with the editor (Dr. Del Viscovo). Very interesting items!
The first letter measures 8" by 10" and the second measures 5" by 8"
Condition: See photos for exact condition. The first letter has a large bend and some wrinkling on the lower left corner and a smaller bend on the upper right corner. There is a staple on the upper corner but only the 1 page is included (I am not sure what was originally attached, sold as-found). The second smaller letter is in excellent condition with some light wear.
