9th Lancers Edinburgh to Tidworth British Cavalry Press Photo Photograph 1933

Offering a vintage press photograph captioned as showing the 9th Queen's Lancers leaving Edinburgh for Tidworth where they will take up garrison duty at the barracks vacated by the Royal Scots Greys. Per caption, the boys are shown waving farewell to their lady friends before leaving. Topical Press and Underwood and Underwood press stamps on the back (originally a Topical Press photo). Great image!

Condition: This photo has bends / wear / torn off sections on corners, some surface staining throughout, wrinkling, brown toning and other wear. Pencil notations on the back. Overall, still a very nice vintage photograph.
