Antique Press Photo Photograph Agence Meurisse Paris Nice Rally Rallye Car ?

Offering an early antique photograph showing a rally car (possibly a Hotchkiss per pencil notation). I believe this is from the Paris - Nice rally and the photo is by Agence Meurisse (no press stamp on the back). Sold as-found however and I do not have further information on the year or history. Great image!

Condition: This photo is in good condition for its age overall with some light surface staining on the back and some corner wear.
