Offering a vintage press photograph showing a portrait of George M Reynolds - Chairman of the Executive Committee of Continental Illinois Bank and Trust Company. Caption describes how Reynolds represents district no 7 (Federal Reserve District) as one of the Directors of the National Credit Corp which will administer funds aiding banks with loans on their non liquid assets as suggested by President Hoover. Underwood and Underwood press photograph. Undated but circa 1920s or early 1930s. Great image!

Condition: This photo is in good condition overall with some light surface staining and corner wear. Caption sheet has some small tears on the edges. Pencil notations on the back.
