Offering a vintage press photograph showing members of a Marine workers union protesting a plan to relieve them of control of relief work along the Baltimore Waterfront. Spokesman James Kennedy is shown presenting his demands to J Plunkert acting Director of Transient Activities. Printed date is cut off but pencil notation indicates 1934. Underwood and Underwood press photograph. Great image!

Measures approximately 6 1/2" by 8 1/2" excluding caption sheet

Condition: This photo has a tear on the right edge, a bend on the lower right corner and some additional corner and edge wear. Photo has some surface staining. Pencil notations on the back and on the front caption. Overall still a very nice vintage photograph.
