Offering a vintage press photograph showing a portrait of Navy League member Colonel Henry Breckinridge. This is related to a conflict between the Navy League President William Howard Gardiner and President Herbert Hoover over Naval policy. Colonel Breckenridge was the only vote against sustaining William Howard Garner as Navy League President. Underwood and Underwood press photograph. Undated but circa approximately 1931. Great image!

Condition: This photo has a rough cut left edge and appears to be trimmed slightly unevenly. Some corner and surface wear. Pencil notations on the back. Overall, still a very nice vintage photograph.
