Offering a vintage press photograph showing Kenneth M Simpson, Deputy Administrator of the National Recovery Administration / NRA with Axtel J Byles, President of the American Petroleum Institute. Caption sheet describes a meeting between NRA and Petroleum industry officials to create a new code under the requirements of the National Industrial Recovery Act. Underwood and Underwood press photograph dated 1933. Great image!

Condition: This photo has a bend on the upper right corner and some other light corner and surface wear. Pencil notations on the back. Overall, still a very nice vintage photograph.
