Offering a vintage press photograph showing a portrait of Lincoln C Andrews - Caption describes Andrews as Chief of the Dry Army - Assistant Secretary of the Treasury in charge of enforcement of the Prohibition laws. Underwood and Underwood press photograph. Undated but circa 1920s or early 1930s era. Great image!

Measures approximately 7" by 10" excluding caption sheet.
Condition: This photo has discoloration / brown toning throughout and most notably on the lower edge caused by sun fading due to the folded caption sheet. There is some transfer of text from the caption sheet to the photo in this area. Some additional corner and surface wear throughout. Pencil notations on the back. Overall, still a very nice vintage photograph.
