a vintage press photograph showing Santa Claus exiting a plane with a large group of children, along with Koko the Clown. Caption describes how a million-mile experienced pilot flew Santa from the North Pole to his post at Mandel Bros Department store in time for Christmas. Underwood and Underwood press photograph. Undated but circa 1920s or early 1930s era. Incredible image!

Condition: This photo has some creasing and wrinkling throughout, particularly on the right edge. There is some additional corner and surface wear. Photo has some brown toning. Caption sheet has some pencil notations, tears and creasing. Large pencil crayon mark on the back along with some pencil notations. Overall, still a very nice vintage photograph.
