Offering a vintage press photograph showing new firefighting technologies tested in Madrid Spain. Left side image shows a firefighter in a new smoke mask and the right image shows a fireman coming down on a rope from one of the tallest escalating ladders. Underwood and Underwood press photograph. Undated but circa 1920s or early 1930s. Great image!

Measures approximately 8" by 10" excluding caption sheet.

Condition: This photo has a large tear on the upper left corner. Note that this corner is very loose and likely to separate in shipping or storage. There is also a tear on the left edge, some additional corner bends / small creases and other light wear. Pencil notations on the back. Overall, still a very nice vintage photograph.
