Caption sheet describes how these flags would be flown on Admiral Bryd Expedition to the South Pole. Underwood and Underwood press photograph dated 1933. Incredible piece of history!

Measures approximately 6 1/2" by 8 1/2" excluding caption sheet.

Condition: This photo is in good condition overall with some light surface staining around the edges and some small surface wrinkles / creases. Pencil notations on the back. Overall, still a a very nice vintage photograph.
