Offering a vintage press photograph showing a portrait of Burton Berry. Caption describes how President Franklin Roosevelt appointed Burton Berry Vice Consul at Istanbul Turkey to take fugitive Samuel Insull into custody. Insull was a major business tycoon accused of fraud during the Depression. Underwood and Underwood press photograph dated 1934. Great image!

Measures approximately 7" by 10" excluding caption sheet.
Condition: This photo has brown toning / discoloration throughout. There is a large bend on the upper right corner, multiple bends / creases near the lower right corner and other corner / surface wear. Caption sheet has some tears and wrinkling. Staining on the back along with pencil notations. Overall, still a very nice vintage photograph despite the damage.
