Offering a vintage press photograph captioned as showing the Shah of Persia - Mohammad Reza Pahlavi - and his wife Queen Soraya skiing at a winter sports resort near Teheran / Tehran. Press stamps on the back from the Daily Telegraph with 1954 date and from The Associated Press in London. This photo has been embellished with paint to highlight the figures for publication. Great image!

Condition: This photo has been painted / highlighted to highlight the image for publication use. Some surface staining and additional wear throughout. Pencil / crayon notations on the back with stamps and a glued caption clipping. Some paper loss / adhesive residue on the back suggests a caption may be missing (sold as-is). Overall, still a very nice vintage photograph.
