Offering a beautiful original vintage painting showing what appears to be people in a crowded bar

This is attributed to Arthur E Sudler (1905-1968) - a noted illustrator and relative of the Rockwell family (including Norman Rockwell). This piece is NOT signed but was found with other pieces that are signed.

Sold as-found and I am not sure of the age or history of this piece, or the type / technique of painting.

This piece is unframed and measures approximately 14 3/4" by 21"

Condition: This painting has some rough edges (small tears, etc), some surface staining and other wear. Overall, still a beautiful vintage illustration
