Offering a beautiful original vintage painting showing buildings and a road on a waterfront.

This is attributed to Arthur E Sudler (1905-1968) - a noted illustrator and relative of the Rockwell family (including Norman Rockwell). Signed "Sudler" (Sold as-is)

Sold as-found and I am not sure of the age or history of this piece, or the type / technique of painting.

This piece is unframed and measures approximately 19 3/4" by 26" at widest points

Condition: This painting has large sections torn off several corners and numerous large tears around edges. Surface staining throughout along with other damage / wear. Overall, still a very nice vintage painting by a noted artist despite the damage.
