Offering a vintage press photograph captioned: The 9th Queen's Lancers left Edinburgh yesterday for Tidworth where they will take up garrison duty at the barracks vacated by the Royal Scots Greys, who arrive in Edinburgh today. Photo shows some of the boys of the 9th Queens Lancers waving farewell to their lady friends before leaving Gorgie Aiding, Edinburgh. Dated 1933. Press stamps on the back including Underwood and Underwood. Great image!

Condition: This photo has a torn off section and crease on the upper right corner, as well as some surface staining and additional corner wear. Pencil notation on the back. Overall, still a very nice vintage photograph.
