Offering a very unique vintage press photograph showing a man who according to published article on the back claimed to locate oil using a "baguette" (looks to be something similar in concept to a divining rod). Pencil date of 1944 on the back. Great image!

Sold as-found and I do not have any further information on the age or history of this photo.

This photo measures approximately 8" by 10"

Condition: This photo has corner bends on several corners and some other wear including some surface wrinkling / creasing. Newspaper clipping glued to the back along with some pencil notations. Overall a very nice vintage press photo
